The practice believes that from time to time the boundaries need to be crossed and that new ideas are a great way to grow as a Practice. To learn new business models and spatial requirements that they would need, the way such a new venture would interact with the city space and how a community would react to such a new idea.
The Mossel Bay CBD has a great need for rejuvenation and a new way of thinking is required to rejuvenate and activate streets. Coetzee Alberts Architects believes that it is necessary to inspire and empower, to break ground in new fields.
With Mossel Bay being a challenging economic climate to function in and to grow, but also have an inspirational space to work and enjoy, the need was seen that a Collaborative Office environment which is trend-setting, hip and well designed can work.
People want to enjoy a healthy, inspiring space to do business, to develop and present a professional office to clients and colleagues. This isn’t always possible in the context of Mossel Bay, and therefore an inspirational idea of collaborative office was born.
Businesses can grow, enjoy the great space the Mossel Bay CBD has to offer and inspire each other. So that success can be drawn from each other and develop in more activity for the Town making it a place for small businesses to grow into larger ones, offering opportunities to all sizes and communities.
